Here you will find the terms and conditions related to any promotions, offers or competitions that are currently active and run by Trading Post Coffee Roasters.

April 2025 Trading Post Coffee Roasters Pod Bundle Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Trading Post Coffee Roasters, business partners of Trading Post Coffee Roasters and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins at 9:00 AM (BST) on 9th April 2025 and ends at 9:00 AM (BST) on 29th April 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
• Submit their details via the form on Facebook or Instagram
  
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced on 30th April 2025 via @tradingpostcoffeeroasters’ Instagram & Facebook page. The winner will be contacted directly via email.
5. Prize: One winner will receive:
• 36 boxes of Expedition House Blend Coffee Capsules (equating to 3 boxes per month)
• 3 boxes of Expedition Decaf Single Origin Coffee Capsules
• 1 Morning Mini Coffee Machine
  The total prize value is over £500. The prize will be delivered in one order. It is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 3 days of being contacted. Failure to respond may result in a new winner being selected.
7. Scam Warning: Trading Post Coffee Roasters will never ask for bank details or request that winners click links to claim their prize. Please be cautious of fraudulent accounts.
8. Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Trading Post Coffee Roasters to share their Instagram handle and giveaway-related content for promotional purposes.
9. Disqualification: Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms, are fraudulent, or violate Instagram’s terms of service.
10. Instagram & Facebook Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to this giveaway.
11. General Conditions: Trading Post Coffee Roasters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
