Absolute terrible customer service!
I had to renew my subscription the other week because I lost my bank card, I put in my usual order for 1 kg bag of organic coffee, which they fairly they charged me for, but the next day they decided to charge me for another bag, that I didn't ask or order for?
I tried emailing them at least 3 or 4 times and had no response?
I then rang them and left them 2 voicemails, only to get a reply a week later, for them then to say we'll get someone to call you back from the correct department, and I've still not heard nothing over a week later?!
It's a shame because they do good organic coffee, just absolutely ridiculous customer service.
So unfortunately they've lost a customer, I own 2 businesses myself and I know how important it is to look after long serving customers, as I've been with them for about 2 year's!
But there's other businesses out there who are more courteous and willing to look after their reliable customers!

One Of The Tastiest Coffees
