We revealed a fully open coffee roastery, coffee bar, and eatery, which quickly became a local favourite. Since then, we've expanded to Cliffe High Street, Lewes, and Kensington Gardens, Brighton, where both locals and visitors have been enjoying the exceptional coffee experience we offer.

Fast forward to 2020, and we opened The Roastery on Sydney Street, Brighton, where our signature blends are developed and perfected with the utmost attention to detail, ensuring that every cup is a masterpiece. We also offer full barista training for our wholesale customers, which is a testament to our dedication to sharing our passion for coffee with the wider community.

Our highly skilled baristas take part in competitions such as The World Barista Championships and Latte Art Throwdowns, showcasing their talents and representing Trading Post Coffee Roasters on a global scale.
