Our Huipil Single Origin coffee, true to the region it came from, has a delicate floral aroma, complemented by primary tasting notes of peaches & cream, with undertones of redcurrant.

SPECIALTY COFFEE

Single Origin: Sierra Flores de Magón, Oaxaca

Home to the indigenous Mazatec people, Sierra Flores de Magón is known for its high-quality coffee produced using traditional, chemical-free methods, where the coffee grows in a polycultural system, cultivated alongside other crops and trees, reflecting the Mazatec worldview of harmony with nature.

Ensambles– an organisation dedicated to supporting these smallholders, established a regional operation in Huautla de Jiménez in 2021, purchasing coffee parchment directly from producers, providing field training, and conducting quality assessments to ensure fair prices. This initiative helps overcome challenges such as low yields and poor infrastructure by offering direct support and continuous feedback to improve future harvests.
