Tip: Embrace the characteristics of live pour-over brewing, and expect some drips to pass through the filter during preparation. However, once you insert the plunger handle, the silicone seal creates a vacuum, preventing any further dripping. For total control over ratios and to eliminate dripping altogether, you can also brew using the flipped method.
